Cash on delivery fee: ¥330 for purchases under ¥10,000
Purchases between 10,000 yen and 30,000 yen: 440 yen
Purchases over 30,000 yen and under 100,000 yen: 660 yen
Purchases over 100,000 yen: 1,200 yen

Returns and Refunds (Customers in Japan)

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. We will replace or refund the product.
The shipping and handling fees will be borne by our store.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been received more than 3 days ago, items that have been worn, or items where the attached tags have been lost.

●We will not accept exchanges or returns of products for reasons of customer convenience (size does not fit, different from image, ordering error, etc.).
